I found the staff to be helpful and kind. My room temperature was easy to adjust, which I appreciated. The location was very convenient with quick access to the train station. The bed was indeed super huge and provided a comfortable sleep.
The soundproofing in my room was not very effective. I could hear noises from the corridor and the neighboring rooms. This lack of sound insulation was a bit disruptive, especially at night.
