helpful staff convenient location
I found the staff to be helpful and kind. My room temperature was easy to adjust, which I appreciated. The location was very convenient with quick access to the train station. The bed was indeed super huge and provided a comfortable sleep.
The soundproofing in my room was not very effective. I could hear noises from the corridor and the neighboring rooms. This lack of sound insulation was a bit disruptive, especially at night.

convenient location double room terrace helpful staff
The location was very convenient, especially being close to the train station! this made travel to nearby areas simple. the superior double room terrace was very nice. It included an umbrella, a table and chairs! i found it a lovely space for coffee. the reception staff was particularly helpful, offering useful recommendations.
the bathroom trim near the floor was cracked though.
